    Great food, beverages and assortment of doughnuts! The customer service is awesome and prices are beyond reasonable. Can't get enough of the jalapeños and hand made, made to order croissant sandwiches!

    Thao, the owner, is the best! Always in a good mood and remembers your order if you come in as a regular.

    Ordered food for my office (breakfast burritos, croissant sandwiches, and doughnuts) and everybody loved the food and always asked to order again.

    So far I love this spot. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and she took her time while making our sandwiches. We got a turkey club sandwich and a DC burrito, as well as a cup of chicken soup. Also, upon checking in, I got. FREE donut!!!

    Let me tell you, their food is YUMMY!!!

    The spot itself is very clean and the tables were nice and wiped down and had cute snowman decorations on the chairs. There's a nice big flat screen tv and the ambiance in general was very friendly.

    This could very well become a favorite spot to pick up quick and yummy food :) I highly recommend and give a 4 out of 5 stars.

    This review is for their boba drinks only, we have not tried the donuts/other food options. It was a very hot day so we dropped by to pick up a cold drink while running errands.

    What we ordered:
    Pineapple coconut with boba
    Hibiscus tea with boba

    The pineapple coconut slush was ok but tasted like it's made with the sweet syrup flavoring not fresh, it was very sweet.

    The hibiscus tea was way too floral for me, I ended up not drinking the drink at all (and I love hibiscus) i did not return to say anything, but was disappointed.

    I would try the location again and see if any slush is made with fruit instead of syrup.

    Notes:
    Parking lot is small but it was quiet.

    This donut place gets busy but for a great reason: fresh donuts, made to order sandwiches and lots of drink options including boba.  Cafe is very clean, has about 3 tables and a high top counter.   I ordered the bagel sandwich with egg, ham, sausage, bacon and cheese.   They load in all that goodness in one sandwich!   So delicious.  Staff is very friendly.

    Husband and I thought our donuts tastes extremely stale.  Upon closer inspection one had what looked like fuzzy green mold growing on it. We chucked them in the trash. My green juice was good but I was too skeeved out by the moldy donut to really enjoy it.
